- Be the first point of escalation in handling customers’ feedback and complaints
- Assist Manager in setting up the new contact centre.
- Manage a team of call centre agents in term of quality check, annual performance appraisal, manpower planning etc.
- Build and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
- Carry out administrative duties such as preparing of statics, daily performance report etc.
- Relevant experience in call centre setting, preferably healthcare.
- Able to work in fast-paced call centre environment, office hours.
- Min Diploma.
