Job Description (Admin Assistant)

  • Handle administrative requests and queries
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Description (Clinic Assistant)

  • Provide frontline service
  • Register for patients and book appointments
  • Perform cashiering duties
  • Attend to patients’ enquiries


Job Description (Finance Assistant)

  • Review and audit financial statements and report
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Create, send and follow up invoice
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description (Warehouse Assistant)

  • Handling, sorting and decontamination of used articles
  • Ensures all cleaned instruments are properly packed
  • Complies with policies and procedures in preparing surgical instruments for sterilization


Job Description (Medical Record Officer)

  • Handling and managing of medical report
  • Assist in retrieving medical record upon request
  • Provide administrative support
  • Ensure medical report are filed neatly


Job Description (Healthcare Assistant)

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of treatment rooms
  • Perform vital signs monitoring for pre-admission patient
  • Assist nurses in transporting patient


Job Description (Call Centre Officer)

  • Manage customer’s enquiries via call
  • Identify customer’s needs, provide information and provide solution
  • Keep records of all conversations in call centre database


Job description (Patient Account Officer) Weekend Job

  • Attend to patients, clinic & insurance company enquiries via email and phone call
  • Review patient discharge documents
  • Submit patient hospitalization cost to insurance company


Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma/Degree for Admin Assistant/Finance Assistant
  • Min GCE “O”/”A” Level for Call Centre/Clinic Assistant/Warehouse Assistant/Patient Account Officer Role
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skill
  • No experience required
