Business Development Executive (Basic + Commission + Allowance)

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share of commercial products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and delivery.
  • Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our commercial products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • ‘O’ level & above with 1-2 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Diploma/ Degree with no experience is welcome. Must possess passion in Sales.
  • Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + HP Allowance (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification).
  • 5 days work.
