• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with key/current/prospective customers.
• Correspond with suppliers to ensure delivery of products on time and products’ update.
• Responsible for pre and post-sales account management, attending to sales enquiries, generate and present quotations.
• Source for suppliers and represent them in Singapore if product is suitable
• Must be able to travel to South East Asia/China/Middle East/Africa.
• Developing and executing sales strategies/product penetration plans to meet sales/business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of regional work experience with at least 2 years in sales account management and managing distributors or agents.
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 5 day work week.
