It all begins with YOU. As a leader, I prefer to walk the ground. The effort you put in, I will put in more, together with you, along your side. Even after being 20 years with AIA, if you are up for prospecting, I’ll be there. But, this is also true the other way. I can’t coach or teach, when there is no one keen on learning or doing.
