Contract: 3 months (renewable/conversion depend on performance and headcount)

Location: Senoko (bus pick up at Admiralty and Woodlands)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Pay: 2000 base + 120 transport

Job scope

• The QA Specialist within the Quality Assurance Department works closely with the Quality Control Laboratory, Operations-Logistics-Procurement, R&D Departments and other functions to implement a Quality Management system. He/she assists in customer complaint management, CAPA, NCM, deviation, change control management and supplier management. The QA Specialist is also involved in establishing, maintaining and improvement of the overall Quality Management System.
• Assist with addressing and closure of customer complaints and coordinate this effort with the respective Product Managers/Marketing to ensure appropriate and professional communications to customers. 
• Assist in the management of CAPA, NCM & deviation.
• Change Control management for the review of manufacturing products & process validations.
• Alternate sourcing, raw material & supplier evaluation & review external testing reports for on-time release of raw materials for production and final goods for shipment.
• Support internal & external audits.
• All other tasks as required to optimize and improve the quality systems.
• Submit samples and coordinate with external testing laboratories for testing as required.
• Verify lab tests, evaluating and interpreting the results for process optimization
• Ensure Raw Material Assessment Package (RMAP) is initiated and completed with WWQA. All raw materials are evaluated based on the Raw Material Risk Assessment (RMRA).
• Provide support for new product development through raw material supplier evaluation and raw material risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with FAMI-QS, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 and full implementation of quality standards on the production shop floor and across all functions/departments
• Raise and follow up on quality CAPA, NCM, deviation
• Generate and interpret statistics for trend analysis
• Assist with customer complaints and handle appropriate communication
• Support internal and external audits and closing of audit findings
• Write and maintain proper and ready documentation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Quality Manager

Job requirements

• Diploma and Degree in Chemistry or related field
