Salary: up to $5,500 + AWS + VB 

Location: Tanjong Pagar 

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office hour

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or any related discipline 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate (in-house) communications, public relations and related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills and can articulate views clearly across all levels with internal and external counterparts
• Good awareness of current affairs and interest in public transport issues
• Press releases will be in English & Mandarin. Need someone who can read + understand Chinese words to ensure fluency in the content. 

Job scope: 

• Drafting replies to MP letters or customers’ feedback, managing walk-in customers (where required)
• Evaluating requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Coming up with and reviewing external communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders
• Managing media events, daily media monitoring and analysis, media relations (media pitching, forum replies, media queries and others) and crisis communications. 
• Provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements, amongst others. 
• Revise and propose content for the corporate website where required. 
• Provide ad-hoc support marketing campaigns or events and measure campaign performance. 
• Support the consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes
• Other duties when assigned.
