Our regional Headquarter in Singapore is responsible for the Sales, Marketing & Service Support activities for the Southeast Asia region.
Location: Walking distance from Joo Koon MRT
Working hours: 5 days from 9am to 6pm (full time, no working from home)
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, presentation materials, correspondence letters, Letter of Credit submission and tender documents.
- Assist sales team in preparing monthly sales reports and minutes of meeting.
- Work closely with sales team to identify potential clients and develop new account.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist to coordinate meetings and presentations.
- Liaise with WEG factories and freight forwarders to get prices, delivery schedules and replies on special inquiries.
- Handle telephone inquiries and sales messages promptly, and tracking all sales records.
- Processing of the sales orders and monitor the status for shipping accordingly.
- Liaise with suppliers and agencies for corporate agreements (e.g. Hotels, Airlines, Travel Agencies, Stationeries, office equipment etc.)
- Perform other administration / assignments which management may assign from time to time.
