Assistant Manager, Project Managment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Development Team throughout the RFI and RFQ phase, communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the business proposal, presentation materials and pricing. 
  • Strong sense of PnL study and budget review by using Excel or Power BI. Provide supports on data analysis and reporting.
  • Drive assigned customer supply chain projects across different regions. Manage the entire project life cycle by using proper project management tools, ensure project results meet user’s expectation in terms of time, cost and quality. Escalate critical risk to management team when required.
  • Support the manager to drive and deliver the business process improvement initiatives across APAC region
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Information Technology 
  • At least 5 years work experience in Project Management or Solution Design 
  • Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio and Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Candidate with no experience are still welcome for the position of Project Supervisor
  • Willing to travel within APAC region when required.
