Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments within the Supply Chain on daily operational matters.
• Review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and material demand for effective material planning to support production schedules.
• Manage production scheduling and backlog to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, review Purchase Order (PO) backlog, and generate daily receiving lists for the warehouse.
• Plan, control, and initiate material movement via Stock Transport Orders (STO) with third-party logistics (3PL).
• Ensure timely material delivery to support plant operations and meet customer shipment demands.
• Analyze and closely monitor excess and obsolete inventory.
• Manage forecast accuracy and review safety stock requirements.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with subcontractors on delivery arrangements to meet customer requests.
• Ensure planning activities and procedures align with the company's ISO 14001/9001 standards.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• SAP Planning experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience in production and material planning.
• Resourceful, team-oriented, self-motivated, and positive personality.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
