Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with care team for seamless client care
• Provide occupational therapy, educate caregivers
• Assess, formulate, implement tailored therapy plans
• Supervise staff, maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy
• Full Registration with Allied Health Professional Council
• 2+ years Occupational Therapy experience
• Preferably Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin & dialects advantageous
• Passionate about helping vulnerable populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
