Job Scope: 

• Training and Education

   

• Conduct training needs analysis to determine skills / knowledge gap.

   

• Plan, develop, co-ordinate / conduct orientation and in-house training and education program.

   

• Support the Nurse Manager in investigating ward incidents pertaining to  nursing students.

   

• Support the Nurse Manager to maintain consistent compliance in standards of patient care by:

   

• Providing supervision to all grades of nurses, including nursing students. 

   

• Serve as a role model in clinical practices and standards.

   

• Work with Nurse Clinician to develop audit tools to monitor nursing care practices.

   

• Strengthen the link between clinical nursing and research.

Job Requirements: 

• Min Diploma/ Degree in nursing preferably with an advanced diploma 
• Valid SNB & BCLS 
• Min. 3 of nurse educator experience
