• Supervise and uphold the facilities in designated clinics, collaborating closely with contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to all regulations.
• Guarantee the completion of preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance tasks according to specified requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of contractor performance, aiming for continuous enhancement.
• Comprehend and consolidate user needs for projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Maintain proper administration and documentation to support all maintenance and project activities.
• Aid in achieving ESS and OHSAS certification for facility management and security.
• Contribute to the development of new clinics.
• Respond promptly to alarms or critical faults.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the department.

Requirements

• At least Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in property management of facilities maintenance in healthcare.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
