Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all warehouse operations.
2. Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Develop and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
5.  Train and educate warehouse staff on quality control procedures, ensuring a consistent understanding and adherence to standards.
6. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, working closely with customer service and logistics teams.
8.  Implement and manage corrective and preventive action plans to address root causes of quality deviations.
9.  Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to established procedures and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of relevant quality management systems and methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards a shared commitment to quality excellence.
• Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to articulate challenges with immediate superior , manager, global colleagues 
• Knowledge on using Microsoft Office inclusive of Outlook, Warehouse Management System
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
