Our Japanese Client is a 100% subsidiary of an international logistics company, established in 1997. They handle all international transportation and logistics.

Job Description:
- Oversee the overall warehouse operation to ensure warehouse safety and adhere SOP
- Manage the entire warehouse operations from goods receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment
- Ensure smooth data flow until the order fulfillment and delivery job requirements
- Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times
- Conducts (when necessary) physical inventories and cycle counts
- Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged cartons
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
- People Development through regular feedbacks, coaching & mentoring, identifying, and facilitating training needs
- Perform daily housekeeping of the operation area such as disposal of damaged pallets and other unwanted packing materials upon completion of operations
- Responsible for the store security and cargo preservation
- To be aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts
- To provide back up in the absence of peer or Supervisor
- Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Undertake any other assignments from time to time

Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'O' Level and above
- Min 2 to 3 years of experience in 3PL warehouse
- Must have Forklift license and work at height license
- Responsible, responsive, and committed
- Good time management skills and attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a team
- Able to commit OT when required
- Fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Computer skills: Microsoft office, WMS

Compensation:
- AWS & VB
- Transport Allowance: $80/month
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / Alt Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Working Location: Gulway. Sometimes will need to work in Pandan when needed
