The Manager – Healthcare IT is solely responsible for the IT related matters pertaining to pre-sales, installation, testing, training, maintenance and breakdown of medical equipment. This includes Integration projects involving medical equipment connected to EMR, PACS, ECG management systems, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fill up IT documents of tenders
• Participate in pre-sales tender presentations and handle the IT portion of the presentation
• Respond to IT clarifications of tenders - attend meetings as well as prepare and submit clarification documents
• Hands-on execution of IT Integration projects involving medical devices connected to EMR, PACS or ECG management systems
• Ongoing project management of IT Integration projects
• Attend to Breakdown calls relating to IT integration
• Ensure Anti-virus of all equipment is up to date and remains Active
• Apply patches in a timely manner and ensure all equipment are up to date for both OS and Application software
• Apply software fix for Field Safety Notices (FSN) within the timeline stipulated by the manufacturer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (IT)
• Around 10 years experience in IT infrastructure, primarily servers
• Experience in medical device industry will be an advantage
