Pay: 2500 - 3200

Job scope

• The implementation support specialist will work directly with the business users to provide ground support pre and post go-live support, facilitate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training of end-users on the new EMR. The support specialist will be a critical resource to address any system downtime through providing 24/7 rostered application support to end users.
• Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems
• Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement
• Participate in clinical systems testing
• Facilitate with end -users training session
• Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the end-users pre and post implementation and during downtime procedures.
• Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to end users through rostering

Job scope

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Health Sciences
• Must be open to rotating shift during implementation period
