Job Description:

Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and concerns. Provide personalized recommendations tailored to their unique situations.

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify gaps in insurance coverage and financial planning. Offer expert guidance and propose suitable insurance and investment products.

Recommend insurance plans, investment options, and savings strategies that align with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and budget.

Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, financial instruments, and market trends. Effectively communicate complex concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Actively promote and market insurance and financial products to potential clients. Expand your client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.

Set and work towards achievable sales targets and performance goals. Continuously review and adjust strategies to maximize success.

Operate within ethical and regulatory guidelines to ensure clients' best interests are prioritized at all times.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recommendations, and transactions. Prepare timely reports as required by the organization.

Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices that contribute to the overall success of the team
