Client Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs.
• Assess  and analyze  client  risk  profiles  to recommend  appropriate  insurance

Market Research:

• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks.
• Identify potential  insurance  and reinsurance  markets  and products  that align  with client requirements.

Policy Placement:

• Source and  negotiate  with  insurance  and  reinsurance  underwriters  on  behalf  of clients.
• Develop  and  present   comprehensive   insurance   and  reinsurance   proposals   to clients.
• Prepare client materials, renewal strategies, insurance proposals, verifies accuracy of insurance documentation.

Risk Assessment:

• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to determine the adequacy of coverage for clients.
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies to reduce clients' exposure.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and  review  insurance  and  reinsurance  policies,  ensuring  accuracy  and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate  records  and  documentation   of  client  interactions   and  policy details.

Claims Assistance:

• Support clients in the claims process, liaising with insurance companies to expedite claim settlements.
• Prepare  coverage  comparisons   and  review  client’s  claim  status  and  assist   in handling claims where necessary
• Advocate for clients' interests during the claims resolution process.

Client Education:

• Educate clients on insurance and reinsurance matters, helping them make informed decisions.
• Provide guidance on risk management and loss prevention.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to expand the client base.
