Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a dynamic and experienced Head of Recruitment Services for the Kariera Group Recruitment Services in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Build, manage and coach a team of experienced recruitment consultants
• Design and lead recruitment projects within their aligned business areas
• Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice and internal policy compliance
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that upcoming requirements can be met within budget and timeframes
• Maintain an up to date working knowledge of Recruitment industry in order to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders
• Provide input on commercial policies and contracts
• Collaboration with globally affiliated teams of kariera group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HRM
• Strong work experience in a similar role
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others
• Fluent English mandatory
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit and driven for growth and expansion
