Senior Executive, HR Shared Services (Contract Management)
The Senior Executive manages the HR operations of several Colleges/ Schools/ Research Centers/ Departments and is responsible for processing job changes including but not limited to contract renewals, retirement & re-employment, transfers between entities, upgrades of appointments as well as resignation / termination processes within the stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the employees' job changes processes which include the following:
    • Coordinate the end-to-end activities and process job changes of employees with stakeholders across business units
    • Prepare the corresponding letters of appointment for employees' acceptance
    • Ensure information and proper documentations are updated and uploaded in HRIS
  • Facilitate and handle exit management process, which includes the following:
    • Ensure completion of cessation process including preparation of cessation letters
    • Manage cessation clearance including the monitoring the return of cessation forms and staff cards
    • Ensure proper documentation are uploaded into the HRIS
    • Process one-time payment transactions due to exiting employees in HRIS (if applicable)
    • Work closely with Payroll to ensure final payments are released to exiting employees (if applicable)

Others
  • Undertake initiatives/projects across HR Shared Services team
  • Handle enquires related to HR service delivery


Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree preferably in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences or its equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience with good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Workday is an advantage
  • Organized and meticulous in handling large volume of transactions
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Positive working attitude and service-oriented mind-set.
