Contract HR Generalist (Immediate for 12 months -- must be able to commit)
Location: Somerset
Hours: 9am to 6pm
$4200 - 4500

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of SEA candidates internally and externally (i.e., Preparation of offer letters, employment contract, and other documentation as needed).
• Responsible for MOM related matters – e.g., education verifications, work pass applications/renewal etc.
• Responsible for airport pass application for office staff.
• Provide payroll variable files (OT/staff movement/ad-hoc payment etc.) and payroll checking for SEA region. Manager PT payroll.
• Support recruitment process including job postings, pre-screening/shortlisting of candidates and interview arrangement, if needed.
• Maintain and update HR employee personal files.
• Support vendor creation and invoice processing.
• Provide other ad hoc HR Operations support as assigned from time to time.

 retail/ FMCG/ Service industry experience preferred
