Location: Somerset

Salary: $4.2k - $4.5k

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Duration: 1 year contract

Job Description:

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of SEA candidates internally and externally (i.e., Preparation of offer letters, employment contract, and other documentation as needed).
• Responsible for MOM related matters – e.g., education verifications, work pass applications/renewal etc.
• Responsible for airport pass application for office staff.
• Provide payroll variable files (OT/staff movement/ad-hoc payment etc.) and payroll checking for SEA region. Manager PT payroll.
• Support recruitment process including job postings, pre-screening/shortlisting of candidates and interview arrangement, if needed.
• Maintain and update HR employee personal files.
• Support vendor creation and invoice processing.
• Provide other ad hoc HR Operations support as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Min Degree/Diploma in Human Resources

- Prior relevant experience in payroll processing and staff lifecycle management
