Description:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role 
• Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
