Position: Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 10 Months (Project basis, potential for extension)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home)
Location: Changi Business Park
Requirements:
- Background in Business Analysis or Project Management within the banking sector.
- Experience with Business Process and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on payments projects preferred.
- Ability to provide PM/BA support for global payments-related projects.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and solution identification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to assess risks effectively.
- Commitment to compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for global payments-related projects, including documentation of regional payments activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis of payment-related Operational Risk Events and propose solutions.
- Assist in determining key business requirements for payments flows and document key data elements within processing systems.
- Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans, and oversee testing and development of project artifacts.
- Manage project responsibilities, milestone setting, task coordination, and execution within timelines.
- Support and manage business queries and requirements.
Foster relationships with stakeholders and participate in working groups, steering committees, and workshops. - Identify and manage project risks, escalate issues as needed.
