Location: Novena 
Working Hours: 5 days office hours 
Salary: Up to $7k 

Job Scope: 

1. Involve in the monthly closing of Accounts and submissions of reports to HQ
2. Provide supervision for Accounts Payable and oversee depaartment's Finance Activities
3. Support General Manager in annual projection and operating budget and cash projection
4. Support General manager in enforcing good internal controls
5. Review related Balance Sheet accounts and prepares audit schedule
6. Assist and support internal and external audits and update audit and Risks report for Finance Department
7. Participate in system enhancements and project implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements.
8. Liaise with MOH, auditors, tax agents and relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements: 

• Min. Degree in accountancy or any relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience - preferably with supervisory experience 
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications and working knowledge in SAP
• Able to work independently and proactively to resolve problems within established parameters
