Job Description:

•    Partner with Business Unit Leaders on staffing needs
•    Develop strategic recruitment initiatives
•    Develop and maintain talent pipelines needed for business growth 
•    Build rapport and establish good relationships with potential candidates
•    Screen and evaluate potential candidates' abilities, credentials, and experience
•    Follow up on the interview process status
•    Provide analytical recruiting reports
•    Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements: Min Degree/Diploma in Human Resource with 2 years relevant experience
