Our Client is seeking motivated individuals to join their team crafting, coordinating and executing programs for corporate customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on various social media platforms and generating leads to achieve given Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The leads generated will primarily be for clients in industries such as interior design, property, F&B snacks and drinks, finance, health fitness and beauty. Please be informed that this role comprises of conversion KPIs (non-sales targets)

Responsibilities:
Assist with crafting programs / campaigns on - social media, regular advertising, events / focus groups for targeted consumer audiences to participate.
Proactively call and engage with prospects on a daily basis to generate attendees for programs under your portfolio.
Tailor engagement strategies to effectively reach and convert consumers based locally.
Utilize creative and innovative approaches to attract and engage potential customers and drive conversions.
Assist with managing freelance crews for events.
Assist with managing event space vendors (pricing vs location mgmt).
You are given an additional day off after every successful event taken place (4 day work week kpi-based arrangement)

Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in social media advertising and lead generation preferred.
Good self discipline to work from home independently, with team-player skills.
English & Mandarin proficiency (in line with nature of clientele), willing to leverage on personal / corporate contacts through the course of your work.
Good working history, we do not mind waiting for the right candidate to complete their notice period with current employer

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary (up to SGD 4200 starting salary), probation 6 months.
Confirmation increment up to SGD 500 (performance based).
