• Reports directly to Project Manager
• Coordinate with Civils and Main Contractor on project site installation.
• Work closely with Technical Manager to conduct site survey and manage /resolve on-site technical issues.
• Work closely with Project Manager and adhere to installation schedule.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports as necessary.
• Lead and supervise site supervisors, technicians and/or contractors to perform installation/retrofit/refurbishment works.
• Ensure site safety, works quality & workmanship as specified.
• Develop productive relationships with client’s teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.
• Accept ad-hoc assignments for different product lines.

Requirement: 

• Degree holder in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Diploma with more than 5+ years of experience / knowledge will also be considered
• 3-5 years’ working experience in railway, engineering, construction or related industries
• Awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
• Understanding of working in railway construction environment
• Computer Skill
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
• Good communication skills
• Written and spoken English is mandatory requirement
• Occasional night work might be needed as required
• Experience in staff supervision is an advantage
• Holder of Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS), Manage Work At Height (MWAH) qualification is a plus
• Able to pick up different product lines knowledge & transfer to service team member.
