Product Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for credit & services products
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
  • Define target customer segments and value propositions for credit & services products

 

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, merchandising, solutions, and finance, to develop and enhance credit & services products.
  • Define product requirements, features, and user experiences
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing improvements

 

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting credit & services products

 

Financial Analysis:

  • Manage the financial performance of credit & services products, including pricing, profitability, and revenue targets
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes

 

Performance Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of credit products
  • Use data and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and recommendations

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Strong knowledge of credit and services products
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel
  • “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
