About the Role

The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in developing design strategies in line with the company’s objectives and branding. He/she will need to collaborate on projects with team members, delegate tasks and ensure quality and consistency through their work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, on-brand visual designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social.
• Produce graphics for marketing materials, advertising, websites, and social media.
• Stay updated with design trends and software to maintain a high standard of work.
• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Adapt designs based on internal stakeholder’s feedback and project needs.

Hiring Criteria:

• Diploma/Degree in graphic design or visual communication.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Proficient in Wordpress and presentation tools (Powerpoint, Keynote,Microsoft office suite).
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Excellent creative and visual skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative, handle multiple concurrent tasks, and adapt well to various ways of working among collaborators.
