Project Management Executive (Manufacturing)

Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm/ 3pm to 11pm)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic programs and ensure projects are aligned with the company's overarching goals.
  • Project Definition: Clearly define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements based on strategic plans.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of projects by closely monitoring progress, updating management on status, addressing budgetary concerns, and mitigating risks in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage project expenses and operational costs to ensure adherence to budget and maximize revenue realization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a business partner to customers, identifying unstated assumptions, resolving conflicts, and addressing complex management issues to foster strong relationships.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks that could impact project success, and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of both internal teams and external service providers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Escalation Handling: Handle escalations professionally, both with vendors and customers, to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Technical Analysis: Perform analysis related to scalability, interoperability, and portability to ensure the project meets technical requirements.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive project documentation, including training guides, quality assurance guidelines, and project reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Team Management: Manage large and diverse teams responsible for various project segments to ensure efficient collaboration and task completion.
  • Reporting: Present project performance data and updates to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent certification is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communication: Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin as need to liaise with China.
