Project Executive/ Sales Co-ordinator

Job responsibilities

  • Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements
  • Prepare space planning solutions, design presentations and sample/mood boards proposal based on customer requirements and other necessary project deliverables (layouts, shop drawings).
  • Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
  • Promote products in the space, greet and assist customers and manage phone, email and walk-in enquiries on all products
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone, fax, email and walk-in customers.
  • Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
  • Coordinate projects with internal operation and production teams, suppliers and relevant third parties.

Job requirements

  • Diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in project/design/sales coordinating.
  • Experience in Quantity and Material estimate for Commercial Interior Design or other industries is a bonus
  • Able to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
