Social Worker

Duration: Long term

Location: Yishun/ Tampines/ Hougang

Salary range: $3800 - $6000

Working hours: Mon to Fri office hours

Job scope:

• Casework and Counselling
• To identify and assess risks inherent in cases by integrating a range of information
• To use professional tools and working templates to guide staff in case assessment and case planning
• To represent the centre in its advocacy efforts for vulnerable families, with the aim of advocating for these families to have access to equal opportunities through collaborative practice with community partners
• Groupwork and/or Community Work
• To participate in client/community assessments, group/ community work processes and specialized intervention strategies
• Operational Managerial Skills
• To support the Assistant Senior / Senior / Lead Professionals in the implementation of centre’s operational and practice protocols, processes and policies
• Undertake any other duties assigned

Job requirement:

- Degree in social work/ Post graduate diploma in social work
