Client Services Executive (Singaporean/PR)

As a Client Services Executive at Centre for Effective Living, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance, information, and support throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
  2. Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing client inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client appointments, payments, and personal information in our database.
  5. Process payments and handle billing inquiries in a timely manner.
  6. Coordinate with clinicians and therapists to ensure smooth client flow and scheduling.
  7. Provide information about our services, programs, and fees to clients and prospective clients.
  8. Assist in managing administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  10. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling client information and records.
