Location: Chinatown Point Shopping Mall

Duration: Start work either 18 April or 22 April to 17 June 2024

Rate: $10 per hour + $8 per day for Shift 3

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 6 days per week (rostered)

• Shift 1 – 9.30am to 5.30pm
• Shift 2 – 12 noon to 8pm
• Shift 3 – 2pm to 10pm*
• Shift 4 – 10.30am to 6.30pm

Attire: Black Plain Polo T shirt with jeans and covered shoes

Job Duties:

• Responding promptly to shoppers inquiries
• Communicating with shoppers through various channels including and not limited to face to face or emails.
• Acknowledging and resolving shoppers complain
• Providing directions to shoppers.
• Keeping records of shoppers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with Marcom team as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Assisting with all matters in relation to the mall’s campaign not limiting to mall redemptions, lucky draw, voucher redemption, gift wrapper/tag redemption, providing gift wrapping services, taking of photos for events, changing of posters, short out of premiums, documentation etc.
