Role: Customer Service Officer
Location:  Ubi 
Duration: ASAP – 1 Year Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am- 6.00pm
Salary: up to $2400 per month

Responsibilities:

• Making & receiving customer inquiry calls
• Handling customer complaints
• Collecting & analysing customer feedback
• Responding to customer reviews
• Support software training & software installation with customer
• Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
• Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
• Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help reduce accident cases
• Data analytics for software & product accuracy
• Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project
• Observe & monitor for server performance
• Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
