- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including verification of cases
- Take call back requests during peak hours
- Manage customer feedbacks/ complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time
- Manage outgoing mails, ensuring timely hand over to mailroom
- Support the team in other admin duties
- Work with the team to meet the stipulated service levels
- Comply with internal policies, procedures and the relevant laws and regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
