Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including verification of cases
  • Take call back requests during peak hours
  • Manage customer feedbacks/ complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time
  • Manage outgoing mails, ensuring timely hand over to mailroom
  • Support the team in other admin duties
  • Work with the team to meet the stipulated service levels
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures and the relevant laws and regulations
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
