Entry / JuniorJob Responsibities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Member Counter / Concierge.
- Handle general enquiries over the counter or via phone calls.
- Liaise with operations team on facility maintenance.
- Registration of members and guests using the facilities and issuance of tags.
- Maintain daily inventory of towels at the Member Counter and prepare items for laundry collection
- Able to process payments and tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accountable for by the end of the shift/day.
- Assist with Membership enquiries, facility booking and event registration etc.
- Conduct facility tours from time to time.
- Performs Public Announcement (PA) when required
- Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job requirements:
- Able to work 2 to 3 days per week
- Able to work on rotating shift - morning & afternoon on weekdays, Sat/Sun and Public holidays
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be pleasant and service oriented.
