Customer Service Officers (Part-Time)

Job Responsibities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Member Counter / Concierge.
  • Handle general enquiries over the counter or via phone calls.
  • Liaise with operations team on facility maintenance.
  • Registration of members and guests using the facilities and issuance of tags.
  • Maintain daily inventory of towels at the Member Counter and prepare items for laundry collection
  • Able to process payments and tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accountable for by the end of the shift/day.
  • Assist with Membership enquiries, facility booking and event registration etc.
  • Conduct facility tours from time to time.
  • Performs Public Announcement (PA) when required
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Job requirements:

  • Able to work 2 to 3 days per week
  • Able to work on rotating shift - morning & afternoon on weekdays, Sat/Sun and Public holidays
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be pleasant and service oriented.
