General Affairs Assistant Executive/Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties.

2. Assist in coordinating meeting, taking meeting minutes, following up on action tasks and deliverables.

3. Support corporate secretarial duties.

4. Support in audit includes liaise and coordinate with related sections.

5. Support insurance matters.

6. Perform any others duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

1. At least Diploma in Business Administration, or Accounting or any others equivalent qualification or related field.

2. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

3. Proficient in English, Japanese & Chinese (Spoken & Written).

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
