Responsibilities: -
 Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
 Perform various complex account analyses and reconciliation.
 Prepares various financial documents for compliance with regulations.
 Coordinates and maintains billings and reports, verifies all billings are complete and reconciled to the general ledger
 Monitors and submits all periodic financial documents required by Management.
 Handling month-end closing process, and making correction journal entries for account discrepancies, prepares closing journal entries, posts accrual entries, and prepares financial statements
 Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
 Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
 Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.) for assigned countries within region.
 Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
 Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
 Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
 Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
 Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
 Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
 Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements: -
 Degree or professional accountancy qualification recognized by ISCA
 Min. 2 years of related working experience, preferably with previous audit background
 Strong accounting knowledge and application of accounting standards.
 Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Must be able to communicate with our overseas offices, including Taiwan and Chinese associates)
 Must be independent, responsible and committed
 Good communication and organizational skills
 Able to work with people at all levels
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
 Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system preferred, but not a must.
 Excellent analytical skills, meticulous, proactive and result oriented.
 Able to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines.
 Able to start work immediately or within short notice
 Work experience in regional is preferred. (Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand)
