Our client is a trading company looking for a Senior Finance and Operations Manager

Job Description & Requirements:

Accounts & Financial Management:

Oversee all company accounts and investments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Create comprehensive monthly and annual reports to analyze results, trends, and forecasts.
Manage cash flow and track transactions, providing regular internal reports.
Supervise financial department staff, providing guidance and motivation.
Develop and implement financial reporting systems to comply with regulations.
Collaborate with auditing services to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist in budget development and regularly review financial plans for cost-saving opportunities.
Report directly to the Director with timely and accurate financial information.

Trade and Hedge Account Management:

Update trade sheets daily and manage physical and paper commodity transactions.
Ensure proper documentation for trade contracts and settlements.
Reconcile accounts for currency, physical, and paper trades.
Manage memo accounts, ensuring accurate sales data and reconciliation.

Value Added Business:

Manage container and packaged rice shipments, including trade sheet updates and customer exposure reporting.
Monitor vessel arrivals and coordinate collateral management agreements.
Prepare customer-wise profit and loss statements based on operational data.

Job Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
Advanced degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred.
Experience in the trading or palm oil industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage budgets, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct financial forecasting.

Salary: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month (open for negotiations)
