Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for acquiring, retaining, engaging, and cross-selling
• In charge of developing and enhancing the bank’s value proposition for these customers.
• Data analytics and performance tracking using excel e.g. wealth sales numbers
• Reporting of numbers
• Addressing queries from front liners.
• Customer promotion fulfilment
• Other support activities for the team

 

Period:                                                                                      

• Immediate to 30 Jun 21 (4 months Contract).

 

Location:

• Raffles Place

 

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri:  9.00am to 6.30pm

 

Salary

• $8 - $10/hr, depending on experience

 

Job Requirements:

• Minially Diploma Holder
• Min. 2 years of experience in financial institutions preferred
• Proficient in using other MS applications such as PowerPoint, Word etc
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Analytical, methodical and structured
• Proactive, results-oriented and organized
• Strong team player
• Data analysis capability
• Ability to communicate with clarity (verbal & written)
