Team Managers

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Head of Department (Operations) for the department's business results
• Responsible for the management, supervision and profitability of a portfolio of properties
• Demonstrates examplary leadership and guides a team of Managers and Property Executives to achieve the corporate objectives

Requirement

• Candidate must possess a Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 Year(s) of property management experience, inclusive of 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in MCST work and working knowledge of BMSMA
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
• Strong in written and vocal English communication
