Job Description

Responsible for managing and grow sales in the assigned territory. Setting overall strategic direction and manage all sales and service activities in an effort to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.

Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Well versed on market situation for all customers
  • Maintain current sales and explore into new markets
  • Support Technical and Quality matters for specific customer
  • Promote and sales in all products to achieve pre-set sales targets
  • Strategize plans to increase market share and revenue
  • Account for customers, principals and vendors satisfaction 
  • Build influence relationships with suppliers, sales team and service support team
  • Providing market trends and identify opportunities, tracking and closure
  • Forecast business and market trend to set sales targets and manage budgets
  • Conduct market analysis to develop sound business cases and market positioning
  • Ensure revenue growth is consistently in line with company goals through a strong focus on building up new customer base as well as managing and maintaining excellent relations with existing accounts
  • Able to lead a team of Service Engineers for products assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Semiconductor Industry
  • Sound knowledge of Semiconductor back-end processes is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of Semiconductor Front-end Litho/Wet/PVD/Metrology processes is preferred
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin in order to manage and resolve customer's issues on equipment, process and software with English and Mandarin speaking
