Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Database updating, dispatch of mails/documents, and issuance of staff and corporate passes.
  • Sorting and filing of documents.
  • Processing of purchase requisition, Purchase Order and Good Receipt and submission of invoices and claims for general procurement documents for corporate office.
  • Handle general phone enquiries.
  • Keep track and ordering of stationary supplies & pantry items.
  • Assist with the welfare and healthy lifestyle programs.
  • Consolidating and tabulating monthly Singtel Bills, Cab Charges & Franking Postages.
  • Ensure facilities are well maintained and in working order.
  • Document learning programmes in the e-Training system
  • Liaise with nominated internal and external trainers on learning requirements
  • Apply for training grants for learning programmes
  • Maintain and create learning courses schedules via the e-Training system
  • Register employees for learning courses
  • Coordinate resources and logistics for learning courses
  • Send learning course instructions and reminders to employees
  • Track employee participation rate
  • Collate learning evaluation surveys
  • Generate pre, post and evaluation learning reports
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm

 

Salary:

  • $1800 to $2300

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Proficient in English language (both verbal & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Digital Literacy
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Oriented
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently.
  • Good time management
  • Team player
