Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in the Serviced Residence
Collaborate with colleagues from different departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide smooth and pleasant stay for all residents
Perform routine preventive maintenance programme
Perform related tasks as assigned
Report directly to Manager or Assistant Manager

Requirements:

1 year of Maintenance and electrical skills (repair, painting, conduct general maintenance works such as domestic water, electrical, air conditionig and ventilation system)
Rotating shift
Covid-19 Management
Willing to work in Service Apartments/SDF/GQF facilities
Bi-weekly swab test (Requirement by MOH)
CERT (Company Emergency Respond Team) certified an advantage (training provided)
First Aid & AED certified an advantage (training provided)
