IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provides user support/ technical support / troubleshooting in regards to IT hardware & software related issues (Desktop, Laptop, Network connectivity, Printers, Servers, etc)

• Provide installation, migration & configuration Involved in onsite projects Setting-up, configure & troubleshooting PC/Notebook hardware & software. Other duties as assigned

• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

• Work within established configuration to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

• Those with limitted experience but with passion to learn are welcome to apply too

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/ Computer Engineering or related IT field

• Fresh graduate with Diploma in IT related courses are welcome. Training provided
