Job Description

• To do planning and conducting of the annual performance aappraisal sessions and liaison with various parties involved in the performance appraisal exercise;
• To update performance management policy including the promotion and progression framework;
• To keep the performance appraisal SOP up to date;
• To participate as an active member in remuneration projects related to performance management
• Experience in manpower planning for the organisation

Requirements

• Min Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of HR experience 
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and good planning and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
