Customer Service / Sales Support ➽$2200

✔ Basic $1800-$2200 (Depends on experience)

✔ 6 Days Alt Sat | Office hours

✔ OT payable (beyond 44 hrs)

✔ Location : Jurong - Buroh Lane

Responsibilities:

• Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, phone calls
• Maintain Customer database
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Report generation - Sales Analytics 
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

Requirement:

• Minimun 1 year experience in Customer Service/ Telemarketing/ Call Center
• Well versed in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
